Satisfaction guarantee
  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the goods.
  2. You must return the goods to us in original condition and packaging including all accessories undamaged, unaltered and unused.
  3. Just tell us within (14) days following receipt of your purchase that you wish to return the goods, refer to terms and conditions for all returns and follow our procedures.
Damaged or faulty goods returns
  1. Before you proceed to making a claim you must have the delivery docket
    number the goods were shipped on. This would have been located on the
    parcel in a sealed plastic envelope or could be located on a postal sticker.
  2. If you receive goods that appear to be damaged or defective, you must notify
    us immediately at returns as we will not accept any damage claim after (5)
    days from ship date.
  3. You must not attempt to repair the goods.
  4. You must return all the original components and accessories in their original packaging.
  5. The goods must not have been used, altered or suffered any additional
    damage in transit back to us.
  6. We strongly recommend you take insurance when delivering goods back to us.
  7. Missing components or accessories, damage in transit to us, alteration, misuse or abuse of the goods will not be approved for refund or exchange.
  8. Goods received without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund only.
  9. At our discretion, we may have the goods inspected by the manufacturer prior to approving a refund or exchange.
  10. When returning goods which are damaged or have an obvious fault, you must attach a digital image with the Returns Merchandise Authority (RMA) request. You must attach one (1) image. We strongly recommend you attach an image to support your claim. It will greatly assist in speeding up your refund.
  11. At our discretion, larger items that are expensive to transport, maybe
    repaired at your premises.
Terms and conditions for all returns
  1. Before you proceed in making a claim you should have the delivery docket number and copy of your invoice in front of you.
  2. Before we will exchange or refund your purchase, you must visit our returns centre, complete the Returns Merchandise Authority (RMA) form and obtain an RMA number. An RMA number will be issued within 48 Hours. DO NOT RETURN THE GOODS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
  3. Once issued with an RMA number, ensure the goods are returned within (10) days or your RMA will expire and your request will become void.
  4. Return a copy of the completed RMA and original invoice with the goods, mark the package “Return” followed by the RMA number or we will not accept delivery and process your claim. We strongly suggest you take a copy of all documents you send to us.
  5. It is your responsibility to arrange delivery of goods to us and take out insurance.
  6. You must package the product with care and in a way as to avoid damage in transit.
  7. We will not accept any delivery where the receiver is responsible for delivery charges. The package will be returned to sender.
  8. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit of goods to us.
  9. We will not process any refund or exchange until we have inspected the goods.
  10. Refund/exchange approvals are generally completed within (3) working days of receipt. Refunds will be done via the original payment method only. Once approved, refunds can take up to (14) days to process and exchange goods within (7) days, subject to item availability.
  11. In some cases, we will not refund the delivery charge portion of your purchase. When you make your purchase you will be informed if the item is subject to this clause.
  12. We will not exchange or refund goods returned to us incomplete, used (unless the fault was discovered during use), altered from original, misused or tampered with.
  13. An RMA number does not guarantee a refund, repair or replacement. It is simply an authorization to return goods to us.

  1. We are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept secured using the latest technologies. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone other than third parties necessary to provide our services to you. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalize your shopping experience with us.
  2. We use cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from us only last while you are browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
  3. Cookies allow us to give you a more personalized shopping experience by displaying products that interest while you browse and are present only to provide you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Sales

Product pricing and delivery charges

Product and shipping information is shown in Australian Dollars and include Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 10%.

Most purchases are inclusive of delivery and insurance to towns and cities
within Australia. There are some exceptions and we will notify you before order confirmation and payment.

Overseas customers will be charged additional delivery and insurance over the advertised price of an item. The additional charge is displayed before order confirmation and payment.

If the item is in stock, Australian Customers can expect to receive their purchase within 7 days of order placement. Overseas customer deliveries are usually within 14 days.

You may elect Express Delivery (Australian Customers only) and will usually receive your goods within 48 hours. The additional charge is displayed before order confirmation and payment.

Due to price fluctuations in materials, manufacturing costs, variations in interest and exchange rates and other factors beyond our control, it is necessary for us to continually monitor and adjust pricing on a regular basis.

From time to time we may offer discounted prices on some items to clear stock from our shelves and to make way for new product.

Out of stock items

When ordering an item shown as “out of stock” we will quote an approximate
delivery time. You may accept the estimated delivery time and confirm or cancel the order.

If the estimated delivery time, specified when you placed the order for an “out of stock” item, is unreasonably exceeded you may notify us of your request and receive a 100% refund. For example, if we estimate the item will be available in 2 weeks and we have still not been able to fulfil your order after 4 weeks; it is unreasonable. We suggest you contact our Customer Care staff who will advise the status of
your order and process the cancellation and refund should this situation arise.

Disclaimer

We will take all care and make every effort to keep your information private and safe however, we will not be held legally responsible for any breach of this commitment as information can be obtained fraudulently and divulged by third parties illegally and without our knowledge or your consent. Delivery times quoted are based on the information given to us by our suppliers and we will not be held responsible if these times are not met. We endeavour to pack and ship your order in the most timely, economical and
safest way.
