Dear valued Customer,
Before you proceed, please read our Returns Policy. Once you have done so make sure you have the following in front of you:
- Delivery Docket
- Original Invoice
- In cases of damage or faults - up to 5
digital images
Once you have submitted your claim, please allow 48 hours to receive your RMA number. The goods must be returned to us within 10 days of you receiving your RMA number or the claim request will expire.
